PNW District Convention
The Pasco Tri-Cities Optimist Club is excited to be hosting the 2010 PNW District Convention. According to Lt. Governor Charlie Kissler, there will be plenty of entertainment, great food and excellent motivational workshops including leadership orientation for all of our 2010-2011 officers-elect.
Of course the highlight of any PNW District gathering is the fellowship and friendships that we enjoy. We'll be adding the schedule very soon, but for now, please plan to arrive by Wednesday evening if you want to participate in the outdoor adventures on Thursday.
Opening session will be Thursday evening, officers-elect orientation on Friday and in the evening a BBQ along the banks of the Columbia River just outside our hotel steps. On Saturday we'll enjoy the Old Timer's Breakfast and then our business session where we will elect our next governor-elect from three excellent candidates: Bill French (Hillsboro), Joe Shreve (Caldwell) and Fred Wallace (Gresham). Our Celebration banquet will take place Saturday evening.
